Celebrating Life & the Art of Dance Through Dance Scholarships in Grayson, GA

Every person in our country deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life and achieve their dreams. For some people, this means expressing their creativity through art. For others, it means fighting and recovering from cancer. Here at B F Imani Foundation Inc, we are committed to making these goals a reality for people from our community and across the world.

As a nonprofit organization, our local focus is on supporting underprivileged youth through the art of dance. We’re proud to award dance scholarships in Grayson, GA, that allow incredible, deserving children to participate, learn, and grow in a supportive and artistic environment.

We are known for our significant contributions to the field of pancreatic cancer research beyond our local area and through the world of dance. As a nonprofit organization, we have deep knowledge of this disease and understand the suffering it brings to people and their communities around the globe. We work to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer through workshops and seminars, including proper screening methods and the search for a cure.

Your contributions to dance scholarships make a real difference in the lives of deserving individuals. By donating to B F Imani Foundation Inc, you make it possible for low-income families to enroll their children in dance classes, and you also help in the fight against pancreatic cancer. Please reach out to us today to learn how your contributions will change lives.

About Us

Founded in memory of Billie Jean Franklin, BFIF is a family-owned-and-operated nonprofit organization that is dedicated to helping provide funding for The Billie Franklin School of the Arts in Grayson, GA, and the Imani School of Dance in Greenville, SC. We are also committed to touching the lives of people who have pancreatic cancer. Additionally, we are striving to create programs to teach children about the arts and help them hone their skills. Feel free to reach out to us to learn more.

Mission

Our mission is to continue to make it possible for the Imani School of Dance to provide African American Heritage Instruction (including traditional Kwanza lessons) and income-based, sliding-fee scale tuition for dance instruction to assist children from low-income households. Also, we want to provide funding for Billie Franklin School of the Arts (BFSA) to teach the arts to children who take an interest in the arts but need assistance with funding.
